T-Systems (2011–2015) — the foundations. I started in IT service operations, managing service chains and learning that a process is only as good as the people who execute it. I led the KONE onboarding, cut client escalations by 30% via a cross-functional reporting framework, and earned my Six Sigma Greenbelt on a 10%-faster Order Management redesign. The discipline of ITIL became muscle memory.
British Telecom (2015–2022) — Lean Six Sigma at scale. Seven formative years. I redesigned the hung-line ITSM process and halved incident volume (-50%). I automated internal ticket-quality checks and freed 10 FTE / USD 100k+ annual run-rate. As Agile Deployment Lead, I drove 21% adoption uplift on a PEGA workflow rollout — voluntary adoption with no mandate, won through stakeholder engagement.
