I keep ranges off the public page on purpose — banding depends on scope, sector, contract structure (B2B vs PAYE vs perm), and IR35/equivalent treatment. Send the brief and I'll come back with a number that fits. Reply < 24 h.

Notice period and earliest start?

Booking the next 12–18-month mandate now. Exact start depends on the current engagement; 2–6 weeks is realistic for most contract roles. Get the JD across and I'll confirm the date in the same reply.

IR35 / contract structure?

Standard B2B via InnovateIT Kft (Hungary). Inside-IR35 PAYE umbrella also workable for UK roles. Permanent if it can be structured to match the scope. EU citizen — no sponsorship needed.
